The course "Estatística Básica para Políticas Públicas - EBAPOP" (Basic Statistics for Public Policies) was developed by the “Departamento de Formação e Disseminação – DFD” (Department of Training and Dissemination) and by “Departamento de Avaliação – DA” (Department of Evaluation), of the “Secretaria de Avaliação e Gestão da Informação – Sagi” (Secretariat of Evaluation and Information Management). The work was done in partnership with the São Paulo State University “Júlio de Mesquita Filho” (UNESP) and with a team of animators and designers led by me and Vitor Marchi. The course is offered in distance learning model and has a workload of 36 hours, with a self-instructional language.

The animation and audiovisual editing work generated a total of 10 video classes and almost 2 hours of edited content. A visual style was developed that dialogued with the contents and remained constant throughout the graphic uses explored in the video classes.
